As part of the creative team at Zoom, I collaborated with marketing and the brand team to design creative assets for social media and email marketing across multiple campaigns. This included work for Zoom's Enterprise Connect event, where we designed carousels, promotional graphics (print and digital), blog post, and more. My focus wasn’t just on individual designs—it was about making sure everything felt cohesive, engaging, and optimized for the audience.
My Role: Lead Designer
The team: Marian C. + Regina Park + Ally Plume
Tools: Figma, Adobe CC, Zoom AIC, Grok, Grammarly, Litmus
Scope: Email templates, social media graphics, brand adaptation, guidelines

Zoom needed a cohesive multi-channel design strategy to drive event engagement across social and email, ensuring brand consistency while standing out in competitive digital spaces.
Zoom AIC to recap creative reviews and extract clear next steps. Grok for rapid concepting of subject lines, social captions, and tone variations ideas but ultimately, the content teams provided approved copy.) and AI-based image prototyping (e.g., for moodboarding or layout variations)

A cohesive design approach across email and social led to:
✅ 125K+ impressions and 6.4K+ engagements for Zoom’s event campaign
✅ Increased email performance, with higher open and click-through rates for marketing emails
✅ Stronger brand consistency and audience interaction across platforms
For Zoom, the combination of social assets and email outreach helped drive engagement, with onboarding and campaign emails seeing higher-than-usual open and click-through rates. An email spotlight campaign sent to 2.1M users generated a notable response, with a large portion of users taking action after opening.
By unifying the visual approach across these brands, I helped strengthen their digital presence and improve the effectiveness of their marketing communications.
