As Senior Creative Manager at TTEC Digital, I led the visual evolution of the brand across multiple touchpoints. From redefining our brand guidelines to leading a full website redesign, I worked cross-functionally with marketing, content, and digital teams to elevate our presence and ensure consistency across channels. In addition to overseeing the redesign of the homepage and resources page, I served as the art director for every creative asset produced by the team — from web and social to video, print, and event collateral.
My Role: Creative Manager + Designer
The team: Kat Giesar + Greta Schliesman + Bhavisha Ladha + Brooke Murphy
TTEC Digital had an outdated visual identity that no longer reflected its positioning as a modern digital CX leader. The website lacked clarity, visual consistency, and a strong narrative, which made it challenging for users to understand the breadth of our solutions and differentiate us in a competitive market. The brand’s inconsistent application across assets also diluted its impact and made internal alignment more difficult.
We created a flexible, future-focused brand system that gave our team the tools to design with confidence and clarity. I led the redesign of our brand guidelines to include refreshed typography, color palette, imagery direction, iconography, and visual patterns. I also partnered closely with content and digital stakeholders to revamp the homepage and resources page — improving hierarchy, navigation, and user experience, while aligning visuals with our brand story. By establishing a unified creative direction, we were able to scale production efficiently and elevate the overall brand experience.
