Designed the custom brand identity for Zoom Belonging, an initiative that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion within Zoom. As part of the ERG relaunch, we developed a creative concept centered around the theme of "Be" in Belonging, highlighting the core values that Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) bring to the Zoom community:
This theme informed the visual identity and messaging strategy, reinforcing a sense of inclusion and empowerment. The branding included dynamic elements such as different versions of the “Be” tagline, creating an engaging and inspiring employee experience.

Zoom needed a branding strategy to promote ERGs and strengthen internal culture, fostering a sense of inclusion and belonging among employees.
The creative concept centered around the theme "Be" in Belonging, emphasizing core ERG values: (BE) curious, (BE) included, (BE) seen, (BE) heard, (BE) a member. This dynamic branding aimed to inspire participation and reinforce Zoom's commitment to inclusion. We developed dynamic branding and created templates for social media, email, banners, and more, allowing stakeholders to repurpose assets. This reinforced the commitment to inclusion and encouraged employee engagement.
